A practice of being fully aware of the present moment! After a quick warm-up, we take a seat and pay attention to the breath. When the mind wanders, we lovingly bring it back to the present moment. It’s simple and effective!
Wednesday’s at 4:45 pm, these sessions are 30-minutes long and free!
