Treats on the Streets and The Hocus Pocus Costume Contest Sponsored by SPC Credit Union, both part of Downtown Hartsville’s free community trick-or-treating extravaganza, are coming Oct 24!
Join us Thursday, Oct. 24 for free trick-or-treating at some of downtown Hartsville’s favorite restaurants, shops, and businesses! Enter now for the Strut Your Mutt and Hocus Pocus Costume Contest, starting at 5:30 pm in Centennial Park. Pre-Registration is required. Register at mainstreethartsville.org.
