This holiday season, Hartsville is celebrating 135 years of community, tradition, and hometown pride, and we’re inviting our local businesses and community partners to help make the 2026 Heart of the Holidays Festival and Christmas Parade our most memorable celebration yet.

Heart of the Holidays brings residents and visitors together for cherished traditions, including the Centennial Park Tree Lighting and Downtown Open House, Jingle Jam on College Avenue, Crafts & Kids Carnival, and the Hartsville Christmas Parade, along with a special 135th Birthday Celebration at the Hartsville Museum on December 11.

The Sponsor above agrees to provide Sponsorship for the 2026 Heart of the Holidays Festival held November 19-21, 2026.

The Sponsor above agrees to provide the City of Hartsville with the above selected amount for the Sponsorship of the 2026 Heart of the Holidays Festival held November 19 - 21, 2026.

In exchange for this Sponsorship, the City of Hartsville agrees to provide naming rights to the Sponsor above for the selected event date(s) on marketing materials, including online advertisements and/or print advertisements; in addition to the other benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship package.

This agreement represents the only relationship between the City of Hartsville and the above Sponsor. No other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise.
