Carolina Lunch is a Hartsville institution. They’ve been serving breakfast staples like fresh eggs, bacon, grits, local sausage, and hoe-cakes for several generations. The hoe-cakes come with blueberries when they are in season. Carolina Lunch is open for breakfast starting at 5:30 a.m. six days a week, but, despite the name, serves lunch only on Friday and Saturday.
