Built in June 2021, Scrubby’s of Hartsville is a state of the art express wash tunnel. The Scrubby’s brand was created in 2012 by brothers Charles and Chase Howard. The two have been operating 12 carwashes in the Pee Dee area for the past 15 years. Cleaning cars is a passion for the brothers as well as providing a professional service for the community.
